At Pecoy Homes, we make it a priority to develop an understanding of you and your families’ lifestyle and needs and clearly define your expectations, so we can personalize your home-building experience. When we design your home, we take into consideration how your home will physically be constructed and how to best meet your project’s budget.
Each and every time we design a new home, remodel or addition, we strive to create a home that not only looks and feels spectacular, but one that is quality focused, and efficiently laid out, so you can enjoy every inch of your home.
In comparison to competitors in the area, one of our main points of difference is that we have a very talented and experienced in-house Architectural Designer, named Jacqueline Varni, who leads our design team and brings an added value to your home building experience.
Jacqueline Varni – Architectural Designer
Jacqueline Varni, our talented, in-house Architectural Designer, joined the Pecoy team in April of 2011. In her role as Architectural Designer, Jacqueline collaborates closely with Kent Pecoy to custom design homes that are specifically tailored to meet each of our client’s individual vision and needs. Before putting pencil to paper, Jacqueline and Kent take the time to get to know you, your family, your lifestyle, your tastes and your own unique personalities to ensure that they are designing with you in mind. Jacqueline and Kent both believe that at Pecoy Homes, we do not design and build houses, we design and build Homes. Prior to working for Pecoy Homes, Jacqueline founded Jacqueline Daugherty Architecture, LLC, where she designed custom, residential homes and additions in the Farmington Valley. Prior to starting her own practice, Jacqueline worked for Jack Kemper of Kemper Associates, an accomplished, award-winning architect in the Farmington Valley.
To create something which began in your mind, transformed by the effort of others into a living space, is a privilege.” ~ Jackie Varni
